sp+am workshop
part of ateliers vldr.vldrm
sp+am workshop is the architectural studio of vldr.vldrm and his sister - Elina Nedyalkova. This is a newly formed, London-based practice exploring architecture through idealism, precision, and cultural intent.
We work within our own evolving set of architectural programmes — a compendium of ideas shaped by research, spatial form, and lived experience. Each programme is a framework through which we develop proposals that reimagine typologies and embed design into everyday life.
Our first commissioned project is the refurbishment of a neo-Victorian house in South East London, where structure and storage merge into a single architectural language. Construction is in progress.
Currently in development:
→ Residential - from tower-house prototypes (we call these “Pyrgs”) to insula-inspired collective housing.
→ Interior - integrated systems of living: built-in, embedded, concealed
→ Habitat - a long-form campaign to vitalise and reframe social housing estates
Since May 2025, the studio has a new home at spamworkshop.com
